💳 Refund & Dispute Policy
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Assembly Lime within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase
- Include your account email and subscription details
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing dispute or concern:
- Contact our support team immediately at [email protected]
- Provide details of the charge in question
- We will investigate and respond within 2 business days
- If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact your payment provider
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for service disruptions or technical issues on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions older than 30 days (from initial purchase date)

🔄 Cancellation Policy
Easy Cancellation
You can cancel your Assembly Lime Pro subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
How to Cancel
Cancel your subscription through the billing portal:
- Self-Service: Log into your account, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing, and use the Stripe customer portal to cancel your subscription
- Billing Portal: Access the Stripe Customer Portal from your account settings
- Email: Contact [email protected] with your cancellation request
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain Pro features until the subscription end date
- After expiration, your account automatically converts to the Free tier
- Your data and stations are preserved (subject to Free tier limits)
- If you exceed Free tier limits (9 stations), you'll need to reduce stations or upgrade again
Reactivation
You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account
- Going to Settings → Subscription
- Clicking "Upgrade to Pro"
Your previous data and settings will be restored immediately.
Immediate Cancellation
If you need immediate cancellation (not waiting until the end of your billing period), contact support at [email protected]. Refunds for unused time may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the 30-day guarantee period.
Data Retention
- We retain your data for 90 days after downgrade to Free tier
- After 90 days of inactivity, data may be archived
- To request complete data deletion, email [email protected]
